Ludlow Health Center is looking for a Medical Assistant to join us in our outstanding service which has become the community’s trusted partner in providing exceptional patient care. • Demonstrates the ability to maintain patient flow in the office
• Commits to an acceptable level of availability
• Demonstrates the ability to ensure accurate, current, and comprehensive documentation within the medical record
• Demonstrates the ability to respond to requests for information in an appropriate way
• Handles the release of Health Information timely and appropriately
• Under direct supervision and direction of the practitioner, demonstrates the ability to perform procedures in the office setting
• Demonstrates excellence in patient service
• Ensures safe practices
• When appropriate, demonstrates the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities for age specific patient populations
• Represents North Star Health in a positive, helpful manner
• Flexible, outgoing, and comfortable floating within the North Star Health Clinics as needed for critical staffing needs.

• Medical Assistant Certification or experience equivalent to.
• Previous experience in a physician office (preferred)
