As we grow, we are looking for a compassionate and dedicated part-time Medical Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Part-Time Medical Assistant will play a crucial role in our practice by supporting both front desk and clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and families, as well as the ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage scheduling, answering phones, and handling patient inquiries at the front desk.
• Assist with patient flow and prepare exam rooms for procedures and consultations.
• Take and record patient vital signs and medical histories accurately.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas.
• Coordinate and communicate with patients regarding follow-up appointments, referrals, and lab results.
• Support other administrative and clinical tasks as needed.

Salary:

• Starting at $18 per hour, with salary based on experience.
