Job Description

EXCELLENT BONUS PROGRAM: Quarterly target bonus of up to 5% based on the customer satisfaction scores of your locations. AND up to $450 per month for a productivity bonus if certain center metrics are met.

Collaboratively, the Medical Assistant will support the Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients through various tasks, including, but not limited to patient care management, organization, and communication.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program is preferred.
  • 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience under a licensed healthcare supervisor within the last 3 years is preferred.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and one of the following certifications is required at the time of hire:
  • ARMA- American Registry of Medical Assistants.
  • CCMA- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (verified through NHA, National Healthcareer Association).
  • CMA- Certified Medical Assistant (verified through AAMA, American Association of Medical Assistant).
  • RMA- Registered Medical Assistant (verified through AMT, American Medical Technologists or AAH, American Allied Health).
  • NCMA- National Certified Medical Assistant (verified through NCCT, National Center for Competency Testing).
  • NRCMA – Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (verified through the National Association for Health Professionals).
  • EMT – Emergency Medical Technician (verified through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians).
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Social perceptiveness and service-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
