The Medical Phone Receptionist receive phone calls to make appointments for patients with a warm welcome, compassion, organizing and scheduling skills. The position will primarily be on phones, but will also include managing online scheduling, other front office duties such as patient check-out, scanning and faxing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify eligibility and insurance information is correct.
- Answer phones and convey messages to appropriate parties.
- Answer phones and schedule patients as needed.
- Assist as needed to check-out patients if there is a queue.
- Handle various administrative duties such as scanning and faxing
- Deliver compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families.
- Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
HOURS
- Monday - Friday
- Start Time: 8:30a
- End Time: Varies between 4p-6p
- Total hours: 30-40 hours
