Job Description

Office Receptionist / Office Manager / Assistant part-time positions opening soon at an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Clinic. No experience necessary, happy to train the right person! This is a high-end concierge clinic with a calm environment, making this a great way to get exciting medical experience in a pleasant work environment in the surgical field involving unique and complex cases. You will work closely with doctor and patients, so a great way to gain medical experience and work in a fun exciting position. Our current assistant who was a collegiate gymnast is moving out of state and will help train you along with working one-on-one with the surgeon.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is friendly, kind, creative, non-judgmental, organized, with good communication skills. Warmly greet patients, schedule patients by phone or email, take payments, organize forms, and work directly with the physician and patients in a wide variety of clinical care and procedures.

Qualifications

Must be organized (we like checklists!), kind, friendly, courteous, pleasant, good at organizing tasks including calendars, email, documents, and phone calls. It may help to have some form of athletics background (e.g., be able to engage in conversations about interests in athletics such as running, fitness, nutrition, outdoor sports or athletic arts) or any science/nutrition/nursing/medical background. The ability to work with social media or other marketing media is also a plus.

Additional Information

Hours will be MWF 9:30am until finish (usually around 20-30 hours per week, and we try to give flexibility on scheduling when possible). Location in Orem. Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
