Position Summary

Compile, process, and maintain medical records of the campus and residents in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care system. Process, maintain, compile, and report patient information for health requirements and standards.

In this role, you will:

• Schedule, receive orders, and document appointments.
• Assist with the weekly supply orders.
• Maintain a medical record filing system.

Qualified candidates will have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience in long-term medical records, MDS, and Medicare billing is preferred but not required.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years old.
