We are a growing women's clinic in need of an experienced medical staff coordinator.

Duties will include:

- Manage the full life cycle of the employee recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Coordinate employee training.

- Work in conjunction with owner and office manager to complete weekly staff schedule for 15-20 employees.

- Enforce clinic rules and manage staff of employees in coordination with the doctor and office manager.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule.

*Please note: This position does NOT involve bookkeeping or payroll duties.
