Astria Health is seeking a Mental Health Technician Lead to join our team! This is a day shift position.

What you get to do every day!

As the Mental Health Technician Lead, you will be responsible for selected patient care activities under the general supervision of the Director, Behavioral Health Services. You will:

• Coordinates relevant tasks and provides support for the patient’s therapeutic treatment plan.
• Performs and provides patient care duties and assists with general hygiene needs.

• Completes progress notes on assigned patients per program and hospital policy.
• Frequently observes and records patient information pertinent to treatment plan and reports information to clinic team.
• Provides oversight and support to staff completing documentation per program and hospital policy.
• Maintains relevant documentation and processes per hospital policy.
• Consistently follows and adheres to the hospital’s policies, confidentiality, privacy and corporate compliance programs including federal and state law.
• Consistently follows and adheres to the hospital’s mission to deliver quality and compassionate health care services to patients.
• Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
• Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.

What you bring to the role:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration
• Washington State Food Handler’s Card
• Pro Act certification within 30 days of hire annual recertification
• Oral and written fluency in the English language.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive compensation range for candidates hired into each position. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. This position is not associated with a union contract.
