Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Mixologist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting unique and delicious cocktails while providing exceptional customer service. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure a memorable experience.
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, recipes, and techniques to enhance the beverage menu.
• Operate cash registers accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food pairings with beverages for catering events or special occasions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or mixology is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with food service operations within the food industry is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic knowledge of retail math for handling transactions effectively.
• Understanding of food safety practices to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Experience in catering or event services is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.02 - $22.13 per hour
