Store Manager, uBreakiFix by Asurion Electronic Repair

uBreakiFix provides high quality repair of consumer electronics, including cell phones, tablets, computers, gaming stations... anything with an on/off switch. This position is to be responsible for Maryland store in the Greater Washington DC area

As the Store manager and under the direction of the owner, you will manage all store operations. This includes:

• Work to establish a high quality customer experience that delights each of our customers
• Meet and exceed our customer's expectations
• Train staff in electronic repair and customer service
• Deliver high quality services
• Review and improve key measures of store performance

You are a great fit with our team if you:

• Have at least two years of employed experience doing cell phone and computer repair
• Are detail oriented looking at all areas store operations
• Can work with others to develop and implement standard operating processes
• Customer oriented to understand areas of customer satisfaction and identify and implement ways to improve customer satisfaction
• Have a passion for problem solving and customer service
• Able to work 40-hour week, with 10 hour day shifts including scheduled weekends
• Have a valid and commercially insurable driver’s license
• Be able to pass drug, driving and background screening

Required Education and Work Experience

• Have at least an associated degree in related field
• Have at least 3 years experience in business management and leadership
• Have significant experience in electronic repair
• Have at least 2 years experience in retail store management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience

Bonus: Commissions and monthly bonuses based on personal and store performance

Development Expenses: Up to $1000 reimbursement for personal development

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
