We’re looking for our next NOC Engineer who’s eager to develop their hands on experience with:

1. MikroTik, Cisco, and Juniper routing & switching.
2. ISP/WISP Network Operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring for network outages.
• Manage customer outage escalations
• Coordinate tickets with Field Technicians.
• Configure network equipment for deployments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years’ experience in a Network Operations/NOC environment
• MikroTik and Cisco IP Network experience
• MTCNA, MTCRE, or equivalent certification
