Your New Role:

As our New Construction Manager, you're not just overseeing HVAC projects—you’re the powerhouse driving them to success. Here’s what you’ll own:

• Leadership & Management: Lead the HVAC New Construction Department like a maestro, ensuring your team hits every high note in quality and efficiency.
• Project Overlord: Own the project timelines, budgets, and resources like a boss. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and builders to make sure every HVAC installation is perfect, every time.
• Mentorship: Build an all-star team by recruiting, retaining, and leading HVAC technicians, helping them grow into the best versions of themselves.
• Client Whisperer: Maintain rock-solid relationships with builders, vendors, and clients—because your word is your bond.
• Mastermind: Drive continuous improvement, tweaking processes to boost efficiency and ensure we’re always one step ahead of the competition.
• Communication Guru: Whether it's daily reports or high-level strategy meetings, you’ll keep everyone in the loop and on the same page.

• 
  Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction or project management, or significant relevant experience.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30.
• License: Valid MT Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Preferred: Experience in HVAC.
