Job Title: Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for checking people in and out, answering the phone, starting breakfast setup, performing the end of day paperwork.

SUMMARY

Performing desk duties overnight

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Check people in and out of the hotel
• Perform nightly end of day paperwork
• Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Be a living "google" To be able to answer guest questions
• Answer the phone
• Start the setup for breakfast

KHC POLICIES: Responsible for following all KHC policies and procedures as set forth in the KHC handbook and property specific guidelines/standards. These policies include dress code, safety and performance standards. Employees must also maintain a professional image and report to work as scheduled.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
