The Replenishment Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that our store is fully stocked and organized for our customers. This position involves maintaining inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and providing excellent customer service. Duties

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in the replenishment of stock on the sales floor.
• Organize and maintain clean displays to enhance product visibility and accessibility.
• Operate cash registers as needed, ensuring accurate transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize inventory control systems to track stock levels and identify reorder needs.
• Communicate with team members regarding inventory shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist in the unloading of shipments and proper storage of merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or inventory management is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage stock and maintain cleanliness.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts is beneficial for handling larger shipments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and team members.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the store.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
