Job Title: Special Education Teacher (K-12 Caseload)

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Special Education Teacher to join our team. This full-time, onsite position involves working with a K-12 caseload, providing individualized instruction and support to students with special needs. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive advisory team, focused on helping you succeed in delivering high-quality education.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of K-12 students.
• Adapt general education lessons to accommodate diverse learning needs and disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies.
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction in academic subjects and social skills.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, working closely with families and school teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding special education.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Colorado Special Education Teaching License.
• Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Colorado state special education regulations and requirements.
