About Us: Our Lady of Providence is a lovely, calm, clean, and warm residential care community located in Winooski, VT. We are a licensed level III community providing all aspects of daily living and medical support, including hospice. Many of our residents are independent while others are aging in place with our care team support.

Brief Job Description: Utilizing the State of VT DAIL Resident Care Home, Level 3 Regulations, OLP facility policy, and guidance of the OLP Director of Nursing Services (DNS), the nurse will be responsible for residents care management, the collaboration and supervision of care team, communicating with physicians and families, and documenting in Point Click Care EHR. The nurse will oversee the evening shift, census averaging 40 residents and 6 staff.

Currently Hiring: Full time Evening Shift, 3:00pm - 11:30pm, 32-40 hours per week.

Holidays & Weekends shared equitably: Every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday, requirement with optional to split weekend schedule with a teammate.

Pay: Starting at $35-$40 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials as applicable. Incentive Bonuses available when eligibility requirements met.

Shift differentials: As applicable: evening: $1.50 and weekend: $0.50.
