As a Nursing Assistant at the Ranch, you can walk with these amazing children, ages 10-18, on their journey to hope and healing.

We are looking for a Full Time Nursing Assistant who is comfortable working in a Christian environment and who wants to make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.
Starting Wage: $18-$20/hour plus benefits.
Qualifications: to perform this job successfully, an individual must be 21 years of age, able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and pass a thorough background reference.
Experience in mental health/psychiatric nursing, community health services, or children's residential treatment programming is preferred but not required. Demonstrated success in working independently, effective communication skills, ability to utilize team process, physical assessment, and therapeutic intervention skills are required.
Education Requirements: hold a high school diploma.
