ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Tangent, OR. This position for the 2024-2025 school year involves providing crucial therapy services to students with an early childhood caseload in a supportive and dynamic school setting.

Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Setting: Onsite, serving students in early childhood and elementary grades
Caseload: Manage a diverse caseload within one or two school locations
Focus: Provide both direct and indirect therapy services to enhance functional skills and support development

Assess and Plan: Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized therapy plans.
Intervene and Support: Deliver direct therapy and collaborate on additional support as needed.
Collaborate: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide integrated care.
Monitor and Adjust: Track student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
Engage: Offer engaging and effective therapy sessions to address each students unique needs.

Licensure: Active Oregon Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
Experience: Experience with early childhood or pediatric settings is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
