Job Type: Part-Time Internship for the summer of 2024
We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join the True Journey a Wells Fargo Advisors Finet, LLC team in Rochester, MN. We provide comprehensive, multi-generational integrated strategies to help guide wealth for successful individuals, families and business owners located in the wonderful Minnesota community and across the United States.
As an administrator, we will lean on you to provide exceptional customer service, support financial advisory functions, interact professionally with clients, and serve as administrative support while providing hands on guidance to working in the financial services industry and a professional office setting to train and monitor you in your career path.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls if necessary.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail.
  • Performing data entry and filing documents accurately.
  • Managing office inventory such as supplies and stationery.
  • Applying a working knowledge of operations/client-service processes.
  • Working independently, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Handling confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly.
  • Performing administrative and clerical support tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication via conference/Zoom calls, phone, email, etc.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to engage in various business projects and initiatives. Contribute to business vision and positive/unique team culture. Team player, eager to collaborate with others.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; process orientated.
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize individual workload responsibilities. Ability to learn additional software applications.
  • Ability to work with strict confidentiality requirements, as well as utilize good judgment in the preparation and distribution of confidential information.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
