Position Details

This position provides a variety of administrative and clerical functions within an office or in a department/function to support the efficient administrative operations. May direct the work/supervise a few administrative support staff.

Earn: $20 per hr.

***The first 90 days will be in the office and then the potential for a hybrid schedule following that.***

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • High school plus higher education coursework and2+ years' experience in a fast-paced medical office environment
  • Preferred knowledge of working with Electronic Health Records Systems with preference given to those who have usedCentral Reach
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to problem-solve solutions and be proactive
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks
