Office Assistant – Part Time
We are a stable & growing, privately held company with a family-oriented culture looking for a part-time Office Assistant to work 20 hours per week.
- The position will pay $22.00 per hour - $24.00 per hour based on experience.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls for service requests
- Prepare service quotes/tickets in project management software
- Process product-only quotes based on client requests / technician recommendations
- Send equipment quotes based on information provided in technician write ups
- Determine best-suited technician for the work needed·
- Schedule technicians and coordinate with client
- Track service technician’s daily progress and coordinate changes in arrival times with client
- Schedule return visits
- Arrange insurance certificate issuance to service sites
- Track labor time spent on client specific support contracts
- Report tracking information for support agreements
- Coordinate with the installation, engineering, and programming teams
Office Assistant Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service/office experience in a service-related industry
- Scheduling / Coordination experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
