Continuum Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Office Coordinator/Field rep to work in our Holland office Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. Complete administrative duties such as in home assessments and talking with case managers as well as our staff and clients. Must have good communication skills, have at least 1 year in home health or office experience with knowledge of Microsoft Word, spreadsheets for billing, Google docs along with using a scheduling and client database.
