The candidate will work together with a multi-disciplinary group to ensure top performance of the Coastal Virginia Wind Farm. The ideal candidate has the ability to work a flexible schedule, along with the ability to analyze and resolve problems independently and efficiently. The Candidate will have the ability to work on complex systems in challenging environments and participate in the development of new field procedures and best practices. Safety and Quality form a central part of our culture, and the ideal candidate will have a strong focus on both.
The Wind Technicians will a work 14 Day rotation offshore on board the Service Operations Vessel (SOV) during the commercial project. The first year will be a standard 40-hour work week to get all required training and qualifications prior to commercial operations start.

Responsibilities:
High School Diploma/GED
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including but not limited to: Ladder climbing minimum 267 steps, up stair climbing, standing for long periods, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, work above shoulders, pushing, pulling, and exposure to vibrations, chemicals, confined spaces and extreme weather conditions.
