ROLE OVERVIEW

PURPOSE OF JOB

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Onboarding Specialist to join our Miami team. The Onboarding Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring new clients have a smooth and positive experience as they transition into working with the company. This role involves coordinating and facilitating the entire onboarding process, from the moment an offer is accepted to the successful integration of it.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Daily communication with feeders to assist them with any request the clients may have.
  • Building, fostering and maintaining positive professional relationships with clients.
  • Resolving any complaints in prompt and professional manner.
  • Developing in-depth understanding of the business and related services to provide more efficient service to clients.
  • Assisting BDs with any client related matters – being the 1st person at the front line, responding in a timely efficient way.
  • Assisting feeders/clients in completing the onboarding forms.
  • Reviewing the forms, preparing Enquiry Folder with all necessary KYC and Due Diligence Documentation.
  • Liaising with corresponding offices for onboarding approval (BVI, Cayman, South Dakota).
  • Liaising with daily change requests by clients within their structures/ companies.
  • Learn Viewpoint system and Sales Force to be able to resolve day to day task related to Billing and Corporate Documents.
  • Daily communication with Billing Department.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an onboarding role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Salesforce software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
