JOB DESCRIPTION


Seeking a driven, proactive and intellectually curious individual to join our team.

As a Commercial Bank International Implementations (CBIO) Specialist within the Commercial Bank Client Onboarding organization, you will partner with the business, fellow implementers and senior leaders to address, coordinate and drive resolution for inbound queries. You will also identify product and procedural gaps. As well as guide partners to the appropriate procedures and tools required to implement successfully. Ensure Confluence is up to date and drive resolution with Product when/if needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, implement, and lead innovative, complex, large-scale client onboarding solutions focused on end-to-end ownership of the client experience
  • Provide subject matter expertise for implementations, products and services, and training requirements for internal stakeholders
  • Lead collaborative dialogue with the Implementers, Operations, Product and subject matter experts to develop resolution
  • Manage partner relationships and partner with the business, Product, Training and Operations; drive resolution and ensure queries and issues are addressed timely.
  • Provide ideas as we work in building next level and best in class model for Field Support
  • Maintain controls agenda to ensure policies and procedures serve the client and protect the firm

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Services
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, negotiating and organizational skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to change
  • Demonstrated team building skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • An appreciation for being a ‘keeper of our brand’ with 3+ years of applicable experience and a passion for delivering a consistent, stellar experience
  • Ability to clearly communicate, partner and influence - leading others to a common goal
  • Comfort in using technology such as WebEx, Zoom and other collaboration tools for enhanced partner discussions
  • 5+ years of client consulting or financial services experience
  • Strong business acumen combined with demonstrated experience structuring and managing projects
  • Previous project management experience adapting to a fast-paced, changing, dynamic environment while driving results
  • Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor of Science or Business Administration Degree
  • Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting
  • Language Skills other than English
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.

Some travel required (10%) to visit clients and internal partners.
