Penn Waste, Inc., a Waste Connections Company, is hiring for an Operations Admin to work at our location in Manchester, PA.This position will work Monday- Friday from 7am-4:30pm-Occasionally Saturdays
Responsibilities and Duties:
- General office and administrative functions
- Handling confidential employee and company information
- Maintain DOT records including DQ files for Ops/Shop
- Maintaining employee files for auditing/disciplinary needs.
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
- Assist in preparation of safety presentations
- Various filing and data entry
- Manage and maintain relationships with outside Vendors
- Assist in projections/budgeting and track spending to stay on track
- Handle Operations payments and PO’s.
- Schedule, Verify, and Report back Random Drug Testing for Employees
- Uploading and closing out Operations tasks in the Cube
Basic work experience requirements:
- High attention to detail
- 1-2 years Microsoft Excel experience
- Microsoft Outlook Experience
- Microsoft Word Experience
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Maintain confidentiality
- Data Entry
