Job Description


Servco is looking for an Operations Business Process Improvement Manager to support business operations and manage the business office at our Vehicle Processing Center (VPC).

This position will identify process change opportunities, develop and implement business process improvement efforts, and optimize the use of technology to increase productivity and efficiency.



Oversee the processing of electronic repair orders, invoices and contracts

Monitor insurance claims and payments

Oversee cashiering, technician incentive reports, payable, bank deposits, and monthly cash funds

Provide financial information to management and assist managers with short and long-range business plans

Establish productivity objectives and performance goals for the departments

Oversee annual parts and vehicle inventory

Partner with VPC managers to identify opportunities, plan, and implement technology and applications (Oracle and others) to meet changing business requirements.

Identify needs and develop solutions.

Understand functionality of implemented systems to maximize utilization.

Assess and test new functionality.

Ensure application bugs are identified and work to resolve them

Learn and apply Agile processes and make recommendations to improve business processes

Partner with VPC managers to develop and implement project plans



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field

Minimum three years of work experience managing a business office or as an Accounting Supervisor

Minimum three years of work experience analysing business requirements with an understanding of how technology and industry best practice can be used to improve process and workflow

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

Familiarity and understanding of GAAP

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Understanding of how existing and new systems can be integrated to improve business unit performance

Ability to understand existing business processes and recommend improvements

Ability to learn industry specific practices and requirements

Ability to apply innovations in technology to business processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Oracle knowledge preferred

Knowledge of Agile Processes preferred

Business savvy, a problem solver and critical thinker

Ability to manage change and coach others
