Operations Admin

Remote Position

Salary: $17+ per hour (based on experience)

We?re seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Admin to join our team and assist in the Upcost, New Work Orders, and Dispatch departments.

The Operations Admin will be responsible for assisting in key administrative functions. You will work closely with Project Managers, vendors, and other team members to ensure the smooth flow of operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


? Manage and process quotes thoughout the company

? Type, review, and edit quotes for project managers

? Assist in project costing and provide support in Upcosts if needed

? Track and update quote statuses, ensuring timely completion of tasks

? Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams via email and phone

? Support additional operational tasks as assigned by management in the areas of Upcost, New Work Orders, and Dispatch.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience with quotes and estimations
  • Multi-tasking and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in stressful situations with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent email communication and organizational skills
  • Quick learner who can follow directions and adapt to new tasks
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Common sense and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Knowledge of the construction or maintenance industry is a plus but not required
  • Strong time management and goal-oriented mindset
  • Previous administrative experience (4+ years) with a proven track record of long-term employment (preferably 5+ years in one position)
