As an Operations Coordinator on the PlayStation Team, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, playing a key role in the seamless execution of client events, territory mapping initiatives, territory trait management, store list administration, optimizing operational processes, and leveraging data to help support strategic decisions. This role involves balancing responsibilities between supporting operations and coordinating events.

What will you do? (Hybrid Role)

Operations Coordinator

  • Execute mapping assignments using Maptive to respond to territory and special project coverage requests.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations on coverage radius, reach, potential scheduling issues, time, and cost impact on mapping results.
  • Support the Master Store List administration, including store level traits, territory assignments, new or retired store details, and differentiation between dedicated and syndicated.
  • Follow and apply latest SOPs to ensure client has the most recent updates to the Master Store List.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of new support systems for the dedicated field team.
  • Adopt a collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders to communicate, verify and respond to issues impacting operational efficacy.
  • Document and record actions and results.

Event Coordinator

  • Coordinate client-organized events from initial intake to final execution.
  • Manage the intake form to develop an execution plan.
  • Be the point of contact for the client on all related communications and coordination.
  • Identify and provide estimates for event support staff participation.
  • Source, ensure training, and support the coordination of flex workers to staff SIE corporate events.
  • Responsible for logistics with external vendor, ensuring all supporting assets are deployed and returned.
  • Collaborate with client services, the travel team, and field services to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Use communication tools including Monday.com (project management) to update and inform stakeholders to build confidence in coordination details and onsite support.
  • Compile and deliver final client reporting and data summaries within 5 days of event.

Experience and Qualifications **

  • A degree in Business Management or equivalent business experience preferred.
  • Minimum two years of retail experience, logistics, and/or retail operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Vlook Ups and Pivot Tables is required. Skills will be evaluated to verify competencies.
  • Working knowledge of 360, Monday.com, MSFT Teams, and Microsoft Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in project management and/or event management highly desired.
  • Effective written, verbal, and organization skills required to carry out the duties of the position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
