Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Field Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in overseeing our field operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and leading our crew with a focus on training and development. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of field experience in insulation, rodent proofing, or a related industry, and at least 2 years of experience managing and developing a crew.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field technicians, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

- Oversee day-to-day field operations, including quality control, onsite job operations, and resource allocation.

- Train and develop crew members to enhance their skills, improve performance, and promote a positive team culture.

- Implement and maintain operational processes that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

- Work closely with the company leadership to develop strategies for continuous improvement and growth.

- Address and resolve any operational challenges, including customer concerns, to maintain a high level of service excellence.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field, preferably in insulation, rodent proofing, or a related industry.

- At least 2 years of experience managing and developing a crew.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
