Please note that the shift for this position Initially during training will be Monday - Friday 9am-6pm. After training, it could be 11am to 8pm Monday - Friday and it will include a Saturday rotation once per month.

**This role requires that y ou reside within Atlanta, GA, and is a hybrid role that offers a flexible work-from-home/Atlanta in-offices schedule.

Position Summary

Responsible for executing advertising insertion contracts from the time the order is delivered by Cox Media Sales to the time the order has expired and the client is invoiced. Responsible for accurate processing of all orders; including order acceptance, execution, validation and billing preparation. Streamlines workflow between all departments for efficiency and high contract fulfillment rate. Develops, upgrades and implements new enhancements within the Traffic and Billing system that will help achieve business goals and selling initiatives.
  • Handles all escalations and provide informal training to Specialists. On call during finalization week. Responding to after hours contact phone to address commercial log issues or escalations.
  • Mentors, handles escalations, provides assistance and direction, serves in a SME capacity on CFC processes.
  • Collaborates with local sales management to identify trends, resolve problems, and improve operations.
  • Runs reports, analyzes results, and distributes findings to the field to improve operations.
  • Coordinates traffic & billing software updates, identifies software issues, and tests solutions with vendor.
  • Handles finalization of all commercial logs including resolution of any issues that may impact successful commercial airing.
  • Responsible for resolving all month-end variances to deliver clean reports to the Accounts Receivable team for billing.
  • Quality checks all CFC department tickets to determine if consistent level of customer service and SLAs is being met.
  • Maintains process documentation for all analyst tasks and implements updates when needed, due to software changes or process optimization.
  • Responsible for research and resolution of all fulfillment issue tickets.


Qualifications

Skills and Requirements:

Minimum


  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. In lieu of a degree, six (4) years of experience in a related field will be considered.
  • Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) in a work setting with demonstrated expertise in Excel.
  • Critical thinking abilities with a knack for identifying patterns and connections.
  • Problem-solving skills, as well as demonstrated analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.


Preferred


  • Degree in related discipline strongly desired
  • Prior experience in a role requiring critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the industry desired.
  • Oracle Experience
  • Media experience


USD 48,200.00 - 72,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $48,200.00 - $72,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
