Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Plumbing Production Manager to oversee and manage our residential Plumbing field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Plumbing Residential New Construction (RNC) Installation, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving production goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

As an Operations Manager for Plumbing, your key responsibilities include overseeing all plumbing operations within the organization. This entails managing plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and budget constraints. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating plumbing teams, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Your role also involves maintaining client relations, providing estimates, resolving issues promptly, and managing documentation and reporting. Overall, your leadership and technical expertise are crucial in delivering efficient plumbing solutions while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
