The primary responsibility of a General Manager is to manage the people, process, product, and drive positive results. Our General Managers focus on clean, dry, and shiny cars, friendly and professional teams, amazing guest experiences, and super clean locations. General Managers are not alone in running their locations. Each manager has a staff that includes other managers and employees that is supported by a network of maintenance, sales, and regional management teams.

Position Requirements

• 4+ years of management experience required
• Lead management experience preferred (General Manager/Store Manager/Operations Manager/Lead Manager/ Sales Manager)

• Ability to work, on your feet, for long periods of time
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions year round
