Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational department with account management, ongoing communication to our existing customers and franchisees, and documentation of communication, meetings, etc.
• Daily meetings with operational team members to review tickets and plan for the day
• Auditing paperwork
• Field and classroom training to our new employees in the operational department, along with new and existing franchisees
• Providing assistance to operational team with escalations, ensuring customer and franchisee satisfaction
• Periodically loading equipment onto trucks

Qualifications:

• Account management experience
• Customer service experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong training skills
• Exceptional problem solving and time management abilities
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
