Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Operations Manager to bolster our team. This pivotal role entails the oversight of our operations' efficiency and effectiveness, managing key processes, systems, and personnel to foster the firm's growth while maintaining our high standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities:


(1) Operational Efficiency: Spearhead the implementation and optimization of operational processes and procedures to boost efficiency, streamline workflows, and elevate productivity. Pinpoint areas for improvement and deploy solutions to achieve operational superiority.


(2) Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure adherence to pertinent regulatory requirements, including SEC rules and internal policies. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and adjust operations as needed to maintain compliance.


(3) Technology Management: Manage the firm's technological framework, including software systems and cybersecurity protocols. Assess and integrate technological solutions to improve operational efficiency, secure data, and enhance client interactions.


(4) Client Onboarding and Service Delivery: Oversee client onboarding to ensure a smooth integration for new clients. Work closely with client service teams to deliver outstanding service and address inquiries promptly and professionally.


(5) Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks. Implement controls to protect firm assets, ensure data integrity, and maintain client confidentiality.


(6) Vendor and Third-Party Relationships: Oversee interactions with vendors and third-party providers. Ensure service level agreements are met and manage contract negotiations.


(7) Team Leadership and Development: Lead the operations team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Mentor team members to foster skill development and enhance capabilities.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, CAIA) is preferred.

- Experience with industry software platforms like Orion, Money Guide Pro, and Microsoft 365.

- Proven track record in operations management within the financial services industry, ideally within an RIA or wealth management firm.
