Position Overview: We are in search of a dynamic, detail-oriented Operations Manager. This role demands a proactive leader with a desire to create and implement efficient systems, excellent customer service skills, and a strong ability to oversee and manage administrative functions. Must be a leader with a heart to succeed through others.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Development & Implementation: Design, implement, and refine operational systems to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness within our office.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support the Operations Team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving excellence and meeting the needs of our agents.
• Agent & Accounting Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between our agents and the accounting department, ensuring smooth financial operations and agent satisfaction.
• Profit Oversight: Oversee financial performance for our market center, contributing to profitability and financial health.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members and agents.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in operations support or a similar role, preferably within a real estate or high-paced environment.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in technology and office software.
• Customer Service: Superior customer service skills with a proven track record of maintaining positive client relationships.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a servant leadership mindset.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with a range of technologies and eager to leverage new tools to improve operations.
