Job Title: Operator

Job Description

Employees will be assigned a department and will work near an automated machine that performs a specific function on the product. The machines will be rotary die-cutters, flatbed, and other machines that do minor functions. Employees will work as part of a team to ensure quality products and goals are met. The employee will take the raw material roll and load the machine by feeding the start of the roll into the hopper. They will follow a blueprint at their work desk to ensure they are putting the correct material on the correct part of the machine. They will then start the machine using a touch screen control panel and observe to make sure quality product is coming out the backend. In-process, they will observe the machine to ensure there are no jams or issues. Once the product is done, they will package, de-web (punch out excess material), and check quality while documenting their results.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Work Environment

1st shift M-F (7am-3:30pm). The work environment is extremely clean, bright, and climate controlled. This is one of the nicest manufacturing environments. PPE: None required, uniforms given to FTE, long pants required, closed-toed shoes required.
