LHH is seeking an Order Entry Specialist for a client in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate has customer service, order entry, and ERP experience. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

· Receive customer orders via email

· Enter orders into ERP system

· Ensure accuracy of order details

· Track shipping of orders

· Communicate any shipping delays or issues with customers

· Answer any customer questions related to orders or products

Qualifications

· Experience using an ERP system

· At least 2 years of Customer Service/Order Entry experience

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Willing to help out where needed

· Strong communication skills

· Indianapolis, IN (100% onsite)

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
