Job Overview:
As an Order Filler at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their products accurately and on time. You will be responsible for selecting and packing items for customer orders with precision and care. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Selection: Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders. Ensure that the correct items are selected and that they meet the quality standards.
• Packing: Safely and efficiently pack products into boxes, ensuring that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
• Labeling and Documentation: Label packages accurately and prepare shipping documentation as required. Ensure that all orders are properly documented for tracking.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for quality and report any discrepancies or damaged products. Ensure that only the highest-quality products are shipped to customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels. Report any shortages or overages to warehouse management.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members and departments to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Efficiency: Meet or exceed daily order fulfillment targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for tracking orders and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
