Order Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities:

• Fulfill orders using hdphone/Order Fulfillment App (Online orders, Pro orders, Customer Will Calls, Deliveries and more)
• Prioritize fulfillment orders by Service Level Agreement (SLA) choose the closest to expiration
• Orders must be prepared safely, palletized, banded, and shrink wrapped as needed as outlined in Deliveries Best Practices
• Staging areas must be clear, uncluttered and organized at all times.
• Review systems to ensure all deliveries are properly completed.
• Stage all orders that need to be assembled to the assembly area and let a D31 associate know to call the customer.
• Load delivery orders onto trucks as they arrive (time to load must be ≤ 29 minutes + 1 minute/pallet).

Must be able to obtain lift equipment licensing.

Shifts may vary, between the hours of 5 am and 9pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
