Job Description:

An order processor's main responsibility is to accept and process orders for a business or government agency, and ensure a smooth delivery of the product or service:

Receive orders: Accept orders from customers or clients via the phone, internet, or other channels

Transfer orders: Transfer orders to the relevant department for filling

Ensure accuracy: Make sure order information is accurate before transmitting it to the filling department

Provide customer service: Help address customer complaints and inquiries, and provide information about product information, order status, or estimated delivery time

Enter order details: Enter order details into a computerized accounting system for tracking costs and profits

Process payments: Get payment information from customers to process credit card purchases

Create shipping paperwork: Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries

Monitor inventory: Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary

Requirement:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); At least 1 year of related warehouse experience

Ability to learn the warehouse management scanning system (WMS)

Good at Microsoft office software

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Trustworthy and moral character

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
