Position: c4c0e - Organizational Change Management Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Pheonix AZ. (Will be onsite 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off)

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops and engage with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to identify and document the effects of organizational changes.
• Analyze and communicate the implications of changes to relevant stakeholder groups and business sectors, ensuring clear understanding across the organization.
• Facilitate and contribute to the execution of stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans tailored to various groups and business areas.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement targeted action plans that support effective change management.
• Assist in the monitoring and reporting of change initiative progress, providing insights and recommendations to enhance outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in change management within a utility company or similar industry.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA implementation processes and the unique challenges they present.
• Demonstrated ability to support comprehensive change management activities, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and change impact analysis.
• Solid understanding of Organizational Change Management principles and experience in fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• If not local, must travel 50% of the time.

Preferred

• Preference for candidates with a background in the utility sector, showcasing domain-specific knowledge and expertise.
