Your primary role will be to engage with potential customers, identify prospects, and bring in new business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas to identify and engage potential customers.

  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor your approach to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
  • Sales Closing: Persuade prospects to become customers by addressing their concerns and providing clear, compelling solutions.
  • Lead Management: Accurately document customer information and sales activities in our system.
  • Follow-Up: Perform follow-up visits or calls to ensure customer satisfaction and reinforce the value of our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share strategies, best practices, and insights to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in door-to-door, direct sales, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated.
  • Physical stamina to walk and stand for extended periods.
