We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while driving sales growth in your designated territory. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand your professional network.

Experience
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in upselling and territory sales management are essential.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully with clients at various levels of an organization.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering long-term relationships.

Pay: $73,598.00 - $120,000.00 per year
