• Minimum weekly pay of $844 (drawn from commissions) with additional commissions paid the first week of the month following closed sales.
• $60,000 - $180,000 average earning potential, ability to achieve desired salary through your sales

Essential Responsibilities:

• Make contacts and establish relationships with decision makers
• Support prospecting and lead generation efforts
• Develop strategic partnerships, relationships, and alliances for company growth; maintain an active pipeline of opportunities
• Engage clients to uncover and close growth opportunities to ensure sales objectives are met
• Create and present sales proposals
• Collaborate with Estimators and negotiate contract terms
• Track and report on status of proposals
• Respond to client inquiries
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales tools and strategies
• Represent JR & Co., Inc. at assigned networking functions
  
• Maintain detailed client database and prospecting lists

What do I need?

• Current and valid driver's license
  
• Highly motivated and willing to assume accountability for generating new business
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively across internal teams
• High level of professionalism and business acumen
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other required software and database systems
