Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. Duties: - Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products and services - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements - Collaborate with the internal sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system (Salesforce) regularly - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis Skills: - Proven experience in outside sales or a related field - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus - Technical sales background or experience selling technology products is highly desired - Demonstrated ability in business development and account management - Bilingual in Spanish is an asset but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a strong drive for success Join our dynamic team and take your career in sales to the next level!
