Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Duties: - Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products and services - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements - Collaborate with the internal sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system (Salesforce) regularly - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis Skills: - Proven experience in outside sales or a related field - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus - Technical sales background or experience selling technology products is highly desired - Demonstrated ability in business development and account management - Bilingual in Spanish is an asset but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a strong drive for success Join our dynamic team and take your career in sales to the next level!
