We are looking for fantastic staff to join our TEAM!

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Non-Medical Home Care staff to provide support and companionship to clients in their homes during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities during morning hours, ensuring their safety and comfort while promoting a sense of independence.

Reliable Transportation (Required).

One year of Experience in Home Care (Required)

Two years of ABI Experience (Required)

Responsibilities:

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

- Assist with morning routine.

- Help clients with follow a structure routine that promotes independence.

- Prepare and serve simple meals and snacks.

- Monitor clients’ well-being and report concerns to family members or supervisors.

- Engage clients in conversation and activities to promote cognitive stimulation.

- Assist with medication reminders and ensure clients follow their prescribed routines.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

- Document and communicate any changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate parties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
