Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial painting, masonry, and concrete finishing. If you are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you.

Duties
- Perform painting tasks including preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and applying paint
- Utilize power tools for sanding, scraping, and priming surfaces
- Read and interpret schematics for painting projects
- Conduct trim carpentry work as needed
- Assist with building, caulking, and concrete finishing tasks
- Use hand tools effectively for various painting and finishing jobs
- Install fixtures as required

Experience
- Prior experience in commercial painting is and residential is preferred
- Familiarity with masonry work is a plus
- Proficiency in using power tools for painting tasks
- Ability to read and understand schematics for accurate painting work
- Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques is beneficial
- Experience in concrete finishing is an advantage
- Skill in caulking applications
- Proficient in using hand tools for painting and finishing projects
- Previous experience with fixture installation would be advantageous

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: $18.95 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
