This unique position requires a Detail Oriented, Multi-tasking Office Professional. Our two companies in the Waste Removal and Self-Storage Facility sectors are looking for an over-achieving individual to assist in the management of daily processes. Qualified individuals would benefit from previous phone communication, contractor relationship management, dispatching, accounting, collections and General Office Management. Sales Experience would be a big benefit, but not required. Duties and Responsibilities
Inbound new customer inquiries and conversion
Project scheduling
Accounts Receivable
Collections and Auction scheduling
Effective daily communication with service employees & Management
Managing ongoing Contractor relationships
Daily Summary Communication
Skills and Qualifications
Strong Communication Skills – Have to be a “People Person”
Must have desire to excel
Proficient at QuickBooks
Ability to Multi-task at a high level
Have a strong understanding of Excel
Can work well under pressure
Extreme attention to detail
Takes direction well
Can work independently of others
Self-starter; motivated; energetic
Positive Attitude
Associates degree required
Work in Fast-paced office environment

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
