Express is supporting a local I.T. company in their search for a Part-Time Customer Service Associate . This position will receive inbound calls from customers and providing servicing follow-up. This innovative company is moving fast and is looking for a short term employee.

What's an average day like as a Customer Service Associate:

• Answer incoming calls and direct walk in traffic
• Creating work orders
• Dispatching technicians
• Effectively communicating with customers
• Managing Google calendars and emails

What we look for in a Customer Service Associate:

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous administrative experience
• Scheduling and dispatch experience is a plus
• Must be professional yet adaptable to different situations
• Looking to hire a short term employee

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
